1. Download, Installation & Update

1.1 – How do I download the Project Blood Strike game?
The game can be downloaded via Google Play or iOS Test Flight.

1.2 – What are the minimum requirements of Project Blood Strike?
Android: 5.0 and higher. At least 2GB RAM.
iOS: iOS 10 and higher. At least 2GB RAM.
Some Android devices with 2GB RAM may not able to properly run the game.

2.1 – Can I play the game using a guest account?
Adult players are allowed to play the game using a guest account. Still, we strongly recommend binding your account to prevent progress loss.

2.3 – I can’t log into my account, What should I do?

Please make sure you are using a valid account. You may have switched to a device of a different operating system recently, e.g. from Android to iOS. You can resolve the issue by switching back to the previous system.
If you use Play Games, please make sure that Play Games has been installed and activated on your device and that you are using a valid Google account.

3. Game Content

3.1 – What is an operator in Project Blood Strike?
An operator is an elite soldier with unique combat capability. There are currently 8 operators at your disposal. During a match, you play as an operator to fight against enemies and strive to survive till the end.

3.2 – What does battle equipment do? How do I set up my loadout?
You can customize your weapons on the Loadout screen. On the Battle Royale battlefield, you can spend Cash to summon loadout airdrops, which can greatly improve your combat capabilities during the match.
You can also customize your loadout on the Lobby – Loadout screen and the Training Ground.

3.3 – How do I enter the Training Ground in Project Blood Strike?
You can enter by switching the Battle Royale map in the bottom-right corner to the Training Ground (solo mode only for the time being).

3.4 – How do I add friends and play together with them in Project Blood Strike?
Tap the Friends button in the upper-right corner of the Lobby screen to open the Friends screen. You can search by friend ID to find a specific player and send them a friend request. After they accept your request, you can play together. You can also check and add players from your recent matches.

3.5 – How many weapons are there in Project Blood Strike? How do I obtain them?
You can check all the obtainable weapons on the Loadout screen. Currently, there are 12 weapons. We will roll out more weapons in the future, so stay tuned!

3.6 – What can Cash do in Project Blood Strike? How do I obtain it?
You can spend Cash to summon combat support (via the button next to Backpack during a match), e.g. loadout airdrop, UAV scouting, teammate redeployment request, etc. You can also spend Cash to buy weapons, Tactical Cores, and more during a match.
In the Battle Royale mode, you can complete missions to get Cash. Cash can also be found across the battlefield.

4. Technical Issues

4.1 – I can’t log in, What should I do?
Your network connection is probably unstable. A stable cellular data or Wi-Fi connection is recommended. We also recommend the following solutions:

Change to a different cellular data or Wi-Fi connection.
Log out and close the game. Clear your device storage to create more space before your next login. Please note that once you log out of your guest account, your game progress will be lost.
Fix or reinstall the game.

4.2 – Why does my game crash?
Most game crashes result from the lack of space in device storage. Please try the following solutions:

Close the game and clear your device storage to create more space before restarting the game.
Uninstall unnecessary applications to create more space.
Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements.
Fix or reinstall the game.

4.3 – Who does my game have high latency?
If you detect noticeable latency, please try the following solutions:

Make sure the graphic settings are optimal for your device. You can adjust these settings via the cogwheel icon on the Lobby screen.

Log out and close the game. Clear your device storage to create more space before your next login. Please note that once you log out of your guest account, your game progress will be lost.
